- Our return policy
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Custom-made skins or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
**Return Process:**
1. To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@skinzmaker.in] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please send your item back to us at your expense.
3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**Refunds:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
**Late or Missing Refunds:**
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

### Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [support@skinzmaker.in] your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video demonstrating the damage. We may issue a refund or replacement under certain conditions, determined at our discretion.

If you receive an incorrect item or an order that does not match your specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue.

REFUNDS
In the case of approved replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will either remake and ship the product at no additional cost or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
